This card is issued for a five year period, while it’s expires on the last day of the month denoted on the front of the card.

    Card Usage

     

  • After receiving the card, sign it immediately on the marked place on the back of the card.
  • Together with the card in the Bank’s branch, your personal identification number (PIN) will be delivered to you in an appropriate closed envelope. When using a card at POS terminal or ATM, the identification of the cardholder is done by a PIN for the sake of greater security and that it is important to keep your PIN secret. Never keep it together with the card and do not tell your PIN to others.
  •  If you wish, you can change the PIN to any UniCredit Banks ATM by choosing the option "Change PIN". Process of PIN change includes entering the existing PIN and then entering a new PIN, which must contain four digits.
  • If you forgot your PIN, the process is as following:
    • If you have not changed the PIN on the ATM, you need to ask for the reprint of the PIN in the branch. A printed PIN will be delivered to your branch in a sealed envelope and you will be informed accordingly.
    • If you have changed the PIN on the ATM, it is necessary to inform Branch employee about it, in which case a new card and a new PIN will be produced and delivered. You will be informed accordingly.
  • Do not carry PIN together with your card.
  • When you pay with your Visa card, you will get account (slip) which you need to keep in your personal files. Always check the amount and currency of the account (slip) before signing!
  • After using the card on the ATM terminals, do not forget the card, because it will be taken away for security reasons.
  • Do not hold the card near electromagnetic sources (batteries, cell phones, radiators). The electronic information on the magnetic layer of the card can be deleted or damaged, which can resulting the technical failure of the card.
  • Before going on a long trip, please check your account balance.
  • In case of theft or loss of the card, it is necessary to contact UniCredit Bank by phone: + 381 11 3777 888 which is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The card will momentarily be blocked and prevented from further use.
  • In case of changes of your personal data entered in the application for the card, destruction of the card or its technical failure, or if you forget your Personal Identification Number (PIN), please notify your UniCredit Bank branch.
  • The card can be linked to a current account in the currency in which you specify.

    • The cost of monthly maintenance may be changed in accordance with the General business conditions for providing payment services to private individuals, entrepreneurs and agriculturists and the Price list for general banking services for private individuals and agriculturists.
