Access to Airport Business Lounges

• Access to airport lounge areas is available with a Mastercard® World Elite debit card or a digital card (QR code generated via the mobile application) for the cardholder as well as for one guest. Entry is free of charge for the MC World Elite cardholder, while guest access is charged at EUR 24 per entry (the stated amount will be debited from the cardholder’s account on a monthly basis).
• When entering the lounges, the MC World Elite card or the QR code obtained via the LoungeKey app must be scanned at the LoungeKey terminal, especially in situations where the cardholder is traveling together with a user of an additional MC World Elite card, in order to avoid additional charges. If the additional card is not scanned, entry will be charged as guest access.
• Registration is completed via UniCredit Bank’s personalized link
  www.loungekey.com/unicreditbankserbia_WorldElite or through the LoungeKey app. Users are required to install the LoungeKey app on their mobile phone, where they can register their Mastercard World Elite card. The app can be used not only when the physical card is not available, but also to access information on lounge locations, operating hours, and any current updates for business lounges at airports worldwide. During registration, the cardholder must enter their card number and personal details in order to create an account that provides access to the LoungeKey app on Google Play or the App Store. By registering for this service, the cardholder can select a specific airport and view all available business lounges they are eligible to access, along with all relevant information, including operating hours, available services, benefits, and vouchers that may be used.

Worldwide Travel Insurance

• Family travel insurance is provided for residents who are holders of the Prestige Package Account and primary users of a Mastercard World Elite card. The insurance covers the entire world for up to 90 days per year (for persons up to 70 years of age), or up to 30 days per year for persons aged 70 to 80, with a coverage amount of up to EUR 30,000, including coverage of up to EUR 5,000 for insured events resulting from recreational skiing.
• The right to insurance applies to the Prestige Package Account holder and registered family members, provided they are registered prior to the start of the trip (spouse or common-law partner living in a shared household with the insured person, and up to five biological and/or adopted children, aged from 3 months to 18 years at the time of joining the insurance). Insurance coverage for immediate family members is valid only when traveling together with the insured person/bank client.
• Individual travel insurance is provided for users of an additional Mastercard World Elite card. This insurance covers Europe, for up to 90 days per year, with a coverage amount of up to EUR 15,000, including coverage of up to EUR 5,000 for insured events resulting from recreational skiing.

• Additional Health Insurance Package

For resident Prime Account Package holders up to 85 years of age, and their family members (spouse/common-law partner, children up to 18 years of age, or up to 26 years of age if students, and parents up to 85 years of age), in accordance with the Insurance Terms and Conditions:

Fast-Track Airport Security Screening
