ANNOUNCMENT
While we are celebrating our first 20 years in Serbia, our planet Earth is celebrating 4.55 billion years.
We know that every year for our planet is one path around the Sun and we are witnesses that every year brings uncertainties, but that is a jouerny that doesn’t stop. We only have one planet to live on and we are all on the same path, together. That is why we decided to dedicate our jubilee to this joint journey and to what our planet has given us.
Social responsibility is at the very core of UniCredit Bank's business. During our first 20 years we have always strived to support the community and the environment in which we operate.
However, in our jubilee year we wanted to go a step further:
For each cash loan or working capital loan realized in the period from November 1st to December 31st 2021 in the amount of more than 200,000 dinars we will allocate 2,000 dinars to projects for protection and preservation of natural resources and beauties of the Republic of Serbia. On this page we will publish the amount of collected funds on a daily basis and by the end of 2021 we will anounce concrete actions that we will carry out throughout 2022 with the goal of making our environment more beautiful and healthier. During twenty years of its successful business in Serbia UniCredit Bank has financed numerous green economy projects and implemented a large number of socially responsible activities and in recent years has been a leader in financing renewable energy sources and participated in financing five Wind Farms in our country. By marking the most important jubilee for us so far we wanted to do something together with our clients which will permanently be indebted to the community in which we live and work. That is why we will dedicate the campaign for our first 20 years to activities aimed at concrete financial help, but also for raising awareness of the importance of protecting and investing in the natural beauties of our country because only when we preserve what we have we can be sure that in the next twenty years we could live in a better and more beautiful environment.
