2. Do I need to enter my personal information in the Lounge Key application?

That’s right! It is important to enter the requested information from your payment card so it can be validated. After that, create a username and password, which you will use to access your Lounge Key application from your mobile device.

3. How do I download the Lounge Key application?

The Lounge Key application is available for both iOS and Android users. You can download the app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. After downloading, log in to the Lounge Key application using the username and password you created during the card‑validation step.

4. What are the advantages of using the Lounge Key application?
  • Your lounge access card is always with you — fully digitalized on your phone (QR code).
  • You have access to all essential information about airport lounges, including location, opening hours, and available amenities.
5. What do I need to show when entering airport lounges?

When entering your selected airport lounge, you need to show your Mastercard World Elite card, either physically (the plastic card) or its digital version available in the Lounge Key application (QR code), as well as your boarding pass.

6. Is lounge access free of charge?

Lounge access at airport lounges is free of charge for Mastercard World Elite cardholders. Important – before entering your chosen lounge, make sure it is included in the list of lounges where free access is enabled for you. You can check this in your Lounge Key application, at the information desk when entering the lounge, or by looking for the “Lounge Key” sticker displayed at the lounge entrance.

7. Is guest entry into the lounge charged?

If your guest or companion is not a holder of a World Elite card or any other payment card that provides complimentary lounge access, their entry will be charged at a fee of EUR 24.
This amount will be debited from your account during the next billing cycle, in the RSD equivalent calculated at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of processing. Therefore, please ensure that you have sufficient funds available on your account.

8. Does the travel insurance apply to the entire family?

Family travel insurance is issued to the holder of the Prestige Account Package and also applies to the insured’s family members, provided they travel together with you and the registration is completed before the start of the trip. The insurance policy may include a spouse/partner and up to five children up to 18 years of age.

9. Do I need to register my family members before the trip?

To ensure that the insurance is valid for your family members, it is necessary to register them before the start of the trip. You can do this when opening the Prestige Account Package (by signing the contractual documentation) or later by visiting the nearest UniCredit Bank branch.You can find the list of branches HERE.

10. Does the Prestige Account Package offer the option of issuing individual travel insurance as well?

That’s right! When, based on your authorization, we issue an additional Mastercard World Elite debit card within the Prestige Account Package, the additional cardholder becomes eligible for the benefit of individual travel insurance.

The additional cardholder can travel independently, without your presence, with insurance that is valid throughout Europe, for up to 90 insured days per year, with coverage of up to EUR 15,000 and up to EUR 5,000 for ski‑risk coverage.
