Travel Insurance

With the Prime Account Package, you have access to insurance that provides protection throughout every journey.

Family Travel Insurance

Claim Reporting

Travel insurance claims should be reported to the assistance company Europ Assistance by calling (+381) 11 414 4104 or Mobile: (+381) 64 8282 020, by sending an email to operationsr@europ-assistance.hu, or through a free call/message via the mobile application.

 

Residents of the Republic of Serbia up to the age of 80 are eligible for coverage.

Insurance coverage for immediate family members applies only when they travel together with the insured person/bank client.

Eligible users of the additional health insurance package are residents and citizens of the Republic of Serbia, up to 85 years of age at the start of the insurance coverage.

No prior registration of family members is required. Should the need arise, you can contact the insurer directly.

  • Children up to 18 years of age (or up to 26 years of age if enrolled in full-time education)
  • Parents up to 85 years of age

 

Claim Reporting

The Bank client or their legal heir must notify Generali Insurance immediately upon becoming aware of an insured event involving a critical illness, surgical procedure, accidental death, permanent disability, or bone fracture, or as soon as the insured person's health condition permits.

Diagnostic Procedures Package

Includes:

150 EUR for all services combined

 

Eligibility for the Diagnostic Procedures Package is available to Serbian citizens who are residents of Serbia and up to 85 years of age at the start of the insurance period.

 

How Are Diagnostic Procedure Services Used?

  • To access diagnostic procedure coverage, prior registration on the Generali Insurance Serbia portal is required https://www.generali.rs/portal_za_klijente_.3646.html.
  • After registration, you can view your electronic health insurance card within the Health Insurance section of the portal. When using healthcare services, you identify yourself using the electronic health insurance card and a personal identification document.
  • The list of healthcare institutions where you can use the insurance coverage is available on the Generali Insurance website at the following link:
