The new Law on Payment Transactions, which came into effect on January 01, 2003, had enabled the banks to create their own payment services in the country. Such experience together with thorough knowledge of national markets had enabled the UniCredit Bank to offer its clients a comprehensive range of payment transaction services on the entire territory of Serbia.

- Receipt and execution of all types of payment transactions instruments, with the maximum security, promptness and discretion
- Information about the account balance (the balance and sending of the account statement within the deadlines and in a manner per clients preferences – electronic, printed, on the bank teller window, by mail, on magnetic media)
